As Global Ambassador of Youth Opportunities (YouthOp) (since July 2018) I forge partnership with leading national and international organizations (including youth clubs or organizations) to create a robust network of organizations to promote access to opportunities for all; and I lead, design, and organize awareness and capacity building programs in Benin. I created the first YouthOp platform in Benin and engaging 600 young people (including around 200 young girls) and trained young people on Skills, Mapping and Opportunities for the new Economy and Society in Benin.
As SDG 8 Working Group Member of United Nations Major Group for Children and Youth (UN MGCY) since January 2019, I reflect on the sectors, professions and curriculum that will provide productive jobs and decent work opportunities for young women and men for a transition of young people into the labor market. I was presenter at the Youth Employment Sharefair at the Global Youth Employment Forum (August 2019) with International Labour Organization (ILO).
As Youth Program Manager of the CASEC | ACSAC I created in September 2020 the first E-Learning Center in Benin to develop the skills of young professionals. The CASEC | E-Learning & Training Center is a specialized training center set up by CASEC | ACSAC for the offer of academic and non-academic courses and training programs online and in person to young professionals. It allows learners to take online course packages (videos, audios, webinars, exercises and apps) or trainings from experts and consultants in person. Our Blended Learning method will allow learners to follow training courses with better supervision and in optimal conditions for success and development of skills while benefiting from several opportunities to strengthen their knowledge.
